Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team at Bupa. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing a product or set of existing Consumer health insurance products to ensure they meet the demands and needs of our customers and prospects.
About the RoleYou will work closely with the Senior Product Manager and other stakeholders to define strategy and deliver product and process change across the customer journey from acquisition to retention. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining product suite strategy and leading new and existing product development.
- Managing product governance activities, including annual product reviews.
- Measuring and monitoring performance and implementing appropriate remedial action.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the health insurance industry and economic climate, our customers' needs, and the regulatory and competitive landscape.
- Working closely with stakeholders across the business, including pricing, finance, legal and compliance, operations, Change, IT, and marketing.
- Maintaining continual contact with front-line areas to help train, educate, inform, and obtain feedback to shape future products and propositions.
We are looking for a creative, commercially minded strategic thinker with solid working knowledge of Change/Transformation processes and governance. You should have strong commercial awareness and Product Management experience gained in a large, regulated organisation – Financial Services or similar.
