Key Responsibilities:
As Principal, you will:
Provide visionary leadership and management, ensuring the highest standards of education and care. Assume responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children. Design and implement a forward-thinking curriculum aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated educators and support staff, fostering a culture of ongoing professional development. Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, parents, staff, and the local community. Ensure the vision and values of the nursery and childcare services are clearly articulated, shared, understood, and effectively acted upon, while motivating others to create a unified culture and positive environment. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and strive for excellence in all assessments. Efficiently manage and organize the educational environment to meet curriculum needs and health and safety regulations. Oversee the daily operations of both the nursery and childcare services, including budget oversight, staff scheduling, and resource management.Qualifications and Experience:
A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline. Extensive leadership experience in an early years setting. Profound understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education and care. Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
