About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Lead to join our team at ISL Talent. As a key member of our international product delivery team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects and initiatives across various global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Product Delivery: Manage plans to bring products and services to market, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and within-budget deliveries.
  • Act as a Key Contact: Provide support and direction to the international team on complex projects.
  • Identify Opportunities: Implement opportunities for operational excellence and process improvement.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Ensure alignment and coordination across departments to drive business growth.
  • Work with Offshore Teams: Ensure high-quality, on-time, and within-budget deliveries with offshore teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: In a delivery role focused on international expansion.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Agile and Scrum Experience: Experience in Agile and Scrum environments, with a background in process improvement.
  • Media Industry Experience: Preferably, experience in the media industry.
