**Job Description Summary**: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Surgery Sales & Marketing team, playing a pivotal role in day-to-day general and marketing support. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Surgery, and collaborating with the broader team, you will contribute to the creation and management of all marketing communication materials.

BD Interventional (BDI) focus on leading innovation and life-enhancing devices in the field of surgical, endovascular, urological and critical care interventions aiming at advancing the treatment of high burden diseases and enabling surgical and interventional procedures.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Facilitate the regulatory approval process for all promotional and marketing materials.
- Manage and coordinate purchase order requests for seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure Showpad Surgery experiences are current and relevant.
- Review and manage literature stock in our Print Store.
- Work with Ethics and Compliance to ensure necessary paperwork for events and congresses.
- Provide fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance for literature, mailers, website content, and promotional materials.

**About you**:

- Degree in marketing studies or a relevant field
- Ideally, you have experience in a marketing agency or department.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate and high-quality work.
- Competent with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; basic design/creative capabilities are desirable.
- Well-organized with a project management approach.
- Can do demeanour and be solution orientated.
