As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical safety and environmental consulting services to our clients across various industries, including oil & gas, LNG, refining, petrochemical, fine chemicals, hydrogen, ammonia, and CCUS sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow KBR Consulting's project portfolio and revenue in Technical Safety and Environmental consultancy services.
  • Interface with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Create compelling value-added propositions to convert into successful proposal submissions.
  • Oversight of the delivery of Technical Safety and Environmental studies from pre-feasibility through to Pre-FEED, ensuring technical quality, on-time, and budget delivery.
  • Interface with other parts of the KBR organisation to grow incremental revenue from existing projects.
  • Provide technical and commercial inputs and oversight.
  • Develop Consulting capacity and capability in the Technical Safety and Environmental sector through recruitment and development of Consulting team members.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert within Technical Safety and the Environment team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Relevant number of years of industry experience with a technical and/or commercial focus on Safety and Environmental engineering.
  • Minimum education to degree level and holding an appropriate technical chartership.
  • Depth of experience and knowledge in Technical Safety consultancy, Environmental consultancy, and existing and emerging legislation relating to safety and environmental compliance for the energy and chemicals sector.
  • Industry competitiveness/awareness, Feasibility and configuration studies, Process design, Process operations and improvements, Project execution strategies, and Direct sales experience.
