Professional Indemnity Lawyer
We are currently in search of a Professional Indemnity Lawyer to enhance our esteemed team at The Travelers Companies, Inc.
This position is integral to our leading Claims division, concentrating on Professional and Financial Lines claims. The role entails overseeing a varied portfolio of intricate claims, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional client experiences and favorable resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee claims management, executing comprehensive investigations and establishing reserves.
- Offer legal guidance to insured clients to formulate effective strategies.
- Foster client relationships and negotiate settlements for claims.
- Ensure that service providers maintain high standards of quality.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Law Degree or equivalent credentials.
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive.
- Previous experience in insurance-related positions.
