Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the store, including managing staff, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of visual merchandising displays and store layouts to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales assistants, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing stock losses.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and optimize store performance.
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
