Job Purpose and Summary

Canon EMEA is seeking a skilled Document Services Operator to join our team. As a key member of our Information Management Services team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring high-quality digital content, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate high-volume, high-quality digital content for our clients, adhering to established QA process standards and systems.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues, resolving queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Support the archiving and document retrieval team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of documents to clients.
  • Perform manual handling tasks, including manoeuvring archived documents, and assist with the upkeep of archive locations.
  • Drive the company van, if required, to facilitate document retrievals and deliveries.
Requirements
  • IT proficiency, with accurate keyboard and word processing skills, and a good working knowledge of MS Office, including Microsoft Word.
  • Previous experience with document scanning and print room reprographics equipment is desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • A full, clean driving licence and willingness to drive the company van would be advantageous.
