About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team in Windsor. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, suppliers, or partners to ensure favourable terms for the organization while mitigating risks.
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan, including project scope, budget, and schedule, in collaboration with the project team.
  • Manage resources required for the project, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise during the project.
  • Ensure that all work performed meets or exceeds the required standards of quality.
  • Manage communication and relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Manage the project schedule to ensure that all work is completed on time.
