Job Title: Marketing Team PA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Team PA to join our Marketing and BD team at a top City Law Firm. As a Team PA, you will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing and BD team, including diary management, email management, and document preparation.
  • Assist with the coordination of marketing events, campaigns, and projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including lawyers, partners, and other support staff.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and presentations.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Extensive PA/EA experience within Marketing and BD, preferably in a law firm or professional setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
