Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Team PA to join our Marketing and BD team at a top City Law Firm. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the Marketing and BD team, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing and BD team, including diary management, email management, and document preparation.
- Assist with the coordination of marketing events, campaigns, and projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including lawyers, partners, and other support staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues, responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive PA/EA experience within Marketing and BD, preferably in a law firm or professional setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
