About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BD and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at people2people. As a key member of our marketing and business development team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our company's services and building relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the promotion of company webinars and events to boost attendance
  • Promote our company's social media presence and engage with our online community
  • Work with our external PR agency to develop and implement a social media strategy
  • Coordinate the creation and publication of company blog posts and website content
  • Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date nature of our company website and SEO strategy
  • Develop and implement new internal and external event ideas
  • Assist the wider team with event organisation and coordination
  • Create engaging newsletters for both internal and external audiences
  • Work with the Head of BD to develop and execute business development plans
  • Develop new BD proposals for existing and new clients
  • Manage and respond to new enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain the BD tracker to ensure internal teams are aware of progress
  • Attend B-Corp meetings and coordinate any related administration
About You
  • You will have at least 2-3 years of experience in BD and Marketing within a law firm or similar industry
  • You will have previous experience with SEO and Google Analytics
  • You will be a confident communicator with a proactive approach to your work
  • You will be highly efficient and able to work under pressure
  • You will be solutions-focused and able to prioritize and manage your workload
  • You will be trustworthy and a genuine team player
