About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BD and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at people2people. As a key member of our marketing and business development team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our company's services and building relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the promotion of company webinars and events to boost attendance
  • Work with an external PR agency to enhance our social media presence
  • Coordinate the company blog posts and ensure they are uploaded to the website
  • Liaise with the external website agency to maintain the accuracy of our website
  • Develop new BD proposals for existing and new clients
  • Keep abreast of new enquiries and respond in a timely and professional manner
  • Update the BD tracker to ensure internal teams are aware of progress
  • Attend B-Corp meetings and coordinate any administration
About You
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in BD and Marketing within a law firm (other professional services considered)
  • Previous experience of SEO and Google Analytics
  • A confident communicator with a proactive approach
  • Highly efficient and able to work under pressure
  • Solutions-focused with excellent prioritization and workload management skills
  • Trustworthy and a genuine team player
