Merchandising Specialist for Retail Brands

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Merchandiser to enhance our field operations. This role is essential in managing the presentation of renowned brands across diverse retail sectors such as Literature and Entertainment, Fashion, Grocery, Health and Beauty, Alcoholic Beverages, and Toys.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Core Responsibilities:- Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to merchandising protocols, store regulations, and safety practices. Execute planograms for uniformity.
- Product Arrangement and Restocking: Strategically position products for optimal visibility and consumer appeal.
- Promotional Setup: Develop engaging displays to effectively communicate pricing and promotional offers.
- Relationship Management: Foster relationships with store personnel and relay insights to client teams.
- Background in merchandising, retail, or customer service
- Excellent communication abilities
- Capability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
- Dedication to high-quality standards and client satisfaction
- Experience in training or mentoring is advantageous
- Proficient in using a company tablet for operational tasks
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
