We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team at eXPD8. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' products are displayed effectively in-store, driving sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance and Standards: You will be responsible for adhering to our merchandising standards and guidelines, as well as store policies and procedures. This includes implementing planograms to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Product Placement and Replenishment: You will be responsible for arranging and organizing products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You will set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building: You will build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers. You will also provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.
- Experience of merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and use your own initiative to find solutions
- Pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
- Full UK driving license and access to a car
