Key Responsibilities- Ensure effective fixture setup, product display, and stock replenishment to meet merchandising standards and client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers, to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams through our feedback application, serving as the eyes and ears in the stores.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, using your initiative to find solutions and deliver great standards and service for our clients.
- Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- A proactive approach, with a willingness to take ownership of your work and find solutions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car is a bonus, but not essential.
