Retail Merchandising Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Brighton area. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you'll work with high street retailers on behalf of leading brands, ensuring effective product placement and display.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure fixtures are set up efficiently, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.
- Implement merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety procedures.
- Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
- Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, using initiative to find solutions.
- Pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
- Experience training or coaching colleagues is a bonus.
