- CRM Maintenance: Maintain an up-to-date CRM system, logging all enquiries and cleansing data to ensure accurate records.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering all incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Market Knowledge: Understand the local and national market to sell effectively against the competition from both the venue and catering perspective.
- Team Collaboration: Assist with entertaining, sales missions, networking, and exhibitions, acting as an ambassador for both Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events and the venue client.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records on current key clients and prospects through the CRM system.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve personal KPIs to be agreed with your Line Manager.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record in an Events Sales and Planning role, with a strong understanding of the local market.
- Research and Negotiation Skills: Excellent researcher, negotiator, and client-focused approach, with strong business relationship building skills and understanding of customer needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver measurable sales targets.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise various job demands.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven negotiation skills, with a detail-focused approach and strong event coordination skills.
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary of up to £26,000pa, plus a great benefits package.
