About the Role

Page Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing financial insights and support to our business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly management accounts and financial statements.
  2. Analyse financial performance and forecasts to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Investigate and report variances to senior management, providing recommendations for corrective action.
  4. Collaborate with the wider finance team to develop and implement financial procedures and policies.
  5. Develop and maintain budgets and financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  6. Assist in the preparation of yearly forecasts and statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a Management Accountant role, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
  2. Active part-qualified studier (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) or equivalent qualification.
  3. Proficiency in relevant accounting software packages and strong MS Excel skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
