About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage a portfolio of substantial and complex business accounts for our esteemed client, a distinguished chartered insurance broker.

This pivotal role offers a chance to make a significant impact within a leading firm, leveraging your expertise and drive to excel in this capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse range of large and complex business accounts, providing exceptional client service and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with a veteran team of account executives, sharing knowledge and best practices to achieve business objectives.
  • Serve as a technical beacon for junior staff, providing guidance and insights to support their professional development.
  • Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the firm through exceptional account handling and business development.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Account Handler within the insurance industry, with a track record of successfully managing large and complex accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and lead, and build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Adept at navigating complex business environments, with a deep understanding of commercial insurance principles and practices.
  • Qualified or working towards CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) accreditation is desirable.
