Event Logistics Manager Role

A recent opportunity has been registered for a Logistics Manager to join Allen Associates, a leading events company. Working in a team of four, you will be responsible for client communications as the main point of contact, and ensuring the pre-event process runs smoothly until final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships, providing them with all the necessary information and answering any event-related questions.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure all necessary materials and equipment are ready for each event.
  • Handle event logistics, including travel arrangements and ensuring all documentation is in order.
  • Offer operational insights during the pre-booking stage, assisting the Sales & Marketing team with client calls to provide useful information and guidance.
  • Review and improve processes, especially during quieter periods, to keep everything running efficiently.
  • Stay organized with task lists and calendar management, while being flexible to adapt to the demands of peak periods.
