About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at The Langham, London. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a courteous, prompt, and efficient service is provided to our guests
  • Arrange for delivery and collection of luggage, parcels, or mail and liaison with Front Office
  • Ensure items are correctly recorded and stored safely if necessary
  • Assist guests in various requests and enquiries like restaurant reservations, transportation, obtaining tickets for social events
  • Ensure prompt and accurate taking of messages and deliveries
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of the local area, theatre shows, restaurants, and other facilities which guests may require
About You

We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills and a real understanding of 5-star luxury environment service requirements. You should have excellent communication skills, in English language, both written and verbal, and one other language. Strong IT and systems skills, including Microsoft Office and GoConcierge, are also essential.
