Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Scanning Operator to join our team at SCC. As a Scanning Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of customer projects and contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and record customer document originals in our SCC DocuHub audit trail/Tracking system.
- Assist with the preparation of customer documents for scanning, including removal of staples, paper-clips, and insertion of separator sheets.
- Organize customer documents in a structured and orderly manner to ensure efficient scanning.
- Ensure the handling and management of customer document originals is maintained in a contamination-free environment.
- Process customer hard-copy documents through our SCC scanners.
- Adhere to quality assurance measures at all times and undertake quality check processes and procedures for indexing or file processing stages.
- Accurately file name and index scanned documents.
- Manage exceptions through our provided process and escalate issues to Lead Operator, Team Leader, or Manager as necessary.
Requirements:
- Pro-active, organized, and well-structured approach with ownership of tasks and duties in scope of the role.
- Open communication skills with internal teams and customers.
- Customer-first focus.
- Self-motivated with professional standards.
