As a Third Party Claims Intervention Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and empathetic service through great communication. You'll answer customer queries, liaise with other Claims areas, and ensure any issues are resolved efficiently and expeditiously.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, managing claims, and following standard operating procedures. You'll need to be proactive, enthusiastic, and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

We're looking for someone who is goal-driven, with a passion for building customer relationships. You'll spend the first couple of months in the office getting up to speed, learning, and training to be the best. Once you've passed your probation, you'll work 4 days from home and 1 day in the office for a work-life balance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a professional and empathetic service to customers
  • Answering customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Liaising with other Claims areas to ensure issues are resolved
  • Managing claims and following standard operating procedures
  • Identifying and referring personal injury claims to our specified supplier
  • Ensuring reserves and diary are kept accurately
  • Managing invoices and registering payments onto the claims system
  • Being aware of potential fraudulent claims and passing on details to the Counter Fraud Department
