Key Responsibilities:

  • Educational Support:
    Collaborate with the classroom teacher to facilitate high-quality learning experiences by assisting in the planning, preparation, and execution of lessons across various subjects and grade levels.
  • Student Engagement:
    Deliver focused support to students, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring their active participation and progress in learning.
  • Group Facilitation:
    Lead small group sessions and targeted interventions, aiding students who require additional assistance to achieve their academic goals.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
    Support the educational process by assisting with grading, documenting, and monitoring student progress, as well as preparing instructional materials and resources.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work in partnership with teaching staff, parents, and other professionals to address students' educational and emotional requirements.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a relevant HLTA qualification or have substantial experience in a teaching assistant role.


Experience:
Demonstrated experience in a classroom environment, with a solid understanding of primary education and the curriculum.
