Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain climate-related research and analysis tools, methodologies, and models to support our clients' sustainability goals.
- Engage with clients to understand their climate-related challenges and provide support and guidance on implementing sustainable practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement climate-related solutions and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in climate finance and sustainability.
- Communicate complex climate-related information to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- 3-5 years of experience in climate finance or sustainability finance.
- Strong understanding of industry initiatives in climate finance or sustainability finance.
- Experience using climate or sustainability data in investment processes or climate-related reporting.
- Strong organization skills, combined with an ability to adapt and reprioritize in a fast-evolving environment.
- Work experience in cross-functional agile teams.
- Experience in software development using Python.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with carbon accounting methodologies (e.g., Greenhouse Gas Protocol, Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials) and sectoral decarbonization approach (SDA) is desirable.
- Self-motivated, pro-active and demonstrating an exceptional drive towards delivery.
