About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team at iO Associates - UK/EU. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Champion: Collaborate closely with our Operations Manager to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience. Be the voice of our customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Front-Line Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Site Visit Coordination: Work closely with third-party representatives to schedule site visits and ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content, such as FAQs, explainers, and other materials, to educate and inform our customers.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent our company's values and mission, promoting a positive brand image and customer experience.
Requirements
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a B2C environment.
  • Energy Sector Expertise: Strong knowledge of the energy sector, including utilities and renewable energy.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
