Aerospace Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Flitetec. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for distributed products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, existing and prospective
- Conduct market and technical research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Monitor, measure, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales growth
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking opportunities to build relationships and promote Flitetec's products and services
- Organise and attend sales visits and meetings globally as required
- Support the development of Flitetec's social media and marketing efforts
- Promote all Flitetec products and services to both new and existing clients
- Manage and process enquiries, requests for quotes, and orders professionally and timely
- Ensure accurate client data is entered into the database and kept up-to-date
- Proven experience in a similar sales or account management role in the aerospace and aviation industry
- Well-connected within the aerospace and aviation industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly computer literate and fully competent with Microsoft 365, CRM, and ERP systems
Flitetec is a leading manufacturer and distributor of aviation components and products for defence and commercial aircraft applications. We specialise in vacuum forming of polycarbonate materials, overhauling, and producing products such as meal trays, seat backs, aisle side shrouds, centre console fairings, in-arm tray liners, cocktail tables, infills, bump strips, mirrors, threshold strips, monument, and galley floor fitting covers.
Our customers include international and regional airlines, OEM manufacturers, MRO operators, leasing companies in the UK, Europe, North America, Middle East, and Far East.
