We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to become a vital part of our culinary team at Black Rock Restaurants.

Our establishment is a newly launched independent venue that captures the essence of Italian cuisine, infused with the vibrant atmosphere of Brighton. Imagine savoring your first bowl of linguine alle vongole or the unforgettable duck ragu from a Tuscan roadside café, complemented by aged Parmesan served at your table, and enjoying warm grape focaccia from a paper bag in Monterosso.

At Tutto, we celebrate Italian culinary memories—both yours and ours. Set in the elegant backdrop of a former banking hall, our restaurant offers all the delights of dining in Italy: a warm welcome, engaging conversations over fine wine, sun-kissed tomatoes, and cherished moments with family and friends.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for crafting dishes using high-quality ingredients sourced locally, prepared with expertise and enthusiasm. You will collaborate within a diverse, inclusive, and supportive team, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of excellence.
