Evening Operations Supervisor
Staffline Express is looking for a dedicated and experienced Evening Operations Supervisor to manage our team in ensuring the maintenance of commercial vehicles and trailers to the highest standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the regular upkeep and repair of various makes of vehicles and trailers, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Maintaining a clean and orderly workshop environment is crucial. You will be expected to stay updated with product knowledge and participate in training sessions as necessary. Adhering to company protocols regarding warranties, contracts, and retail operations is vital.
Your collaboration with team leaders and the workshop manager will be essential to facilitate efficient operations and provide assistance to both parts and administrative teams as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a tidy and organized workshop space.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and engage in ongoing training.
- Follow established company procedures for warranties, contracts, and retail operations.
- Work closely with team leaders and the workshop manager to ensure operational efficiency.
- Be adaptable in performing a variety of tasks.
- Possess a valid driving license.
- An LGV/HGV license is a plus, though not mandatory.
