Nursery Third in Charge Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years professional to join our team as a Nursery Third in Charge. As a key member of our nursery management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursery staff, maintaining outstanding practices, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nursery staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education
  • Maintain outstanding practices in line with our nursery's policies and procedures
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for children and their families
  • Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve our goals and objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Level 3+ Early Years qualification
  • Experience of leading a team in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality childcare and education
