Deputy Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Deputy Nursery Manager at our Knowle Green Day Nursery in Staines. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours a week) with a variety of shifts between 07:00am-18:30pm, Monday-Friday, all-year-round.
About the RoleThis is a supernumerary leadership role, requiring someone who holds an early years qualification at level three or above and has demonstrable experience of working in a leadership role in a nursery setting. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the EYFS and statutory requirements and will be able to inspire a large team to deliver outstanding outcomes for children.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Nursery Manager to meet targets relating to occupancy, revenue and staff retention.
- Resume overall responsibility for the nursery in the manager's absence.
- Uphold exemplary levels of customer care and champion partnership working.
- Promote the company values at all times.
