Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Childbase Partnership. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Nursery Manager in delivering outstanding care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Nursery Manager in meeting targets relating to occupancy, revenue, and staff retention.
  • Assume overall responsibility for the nursery in the manager's absence.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a large team of Early Years Educators.
  • Ensure that the nursery operates in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and statutory requirements.
  • Uphold exemplary levels of customer care and promote the company values at all times.

Requirements

  • Holds an early years qualification at level three or above.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a leadership role in a nursery setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and statutory requirements.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver outstanding outcomes for children.
