Bupa Dental Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dental nurses, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of dental nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of dental nurses.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Provide clinical support to dentists and other team members as needed.
- Registered Dental Nurse with a strong background in dental nursing.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of dental nurses.
