Private Equity Tax Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Equity Tax Director to join our team at Pro-Tax. As a key member of our Private Equity Tax practice, you will be responsible for providing technical advice to private equity backed companies across a wide range of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Post-acquisition support and integration
- Transactions - bolt-on acquisitions (due diligence and structuring), carve-outs, disposals
- Managing and coordinating input from tax specialists in VAT, employment taxes, management incentives and share schemes
- Overseeing tax reporting and compliance engagements for your clients
Our team focuses on advising private equity backed companies, post-deal. We work closely with our market leading M&A tax practice to provide seamless support to our clients.
