A typical day as a Senior Property Negotiator with haart Estate Agents

  • Engaging with potential tenants and coordinating property viewings tailored to their preferences
  • Negotiating offers and finalizing tenancy agreements
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Promoting properties to tenants using diverse marketing strategies
  • Focusing on generating new and repeat business opportunities
  • Conducting canvassing in the local community
  • Implementing door-to-door outreach and distributing promotional materials
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations for properties

Key Skills Required for a Senior Property Negotiator at haart Estate Agents

  • Valid UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
