Job Summary:

Berry Recruitment is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our team in a busy agent environment. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in matching tenants with their dream properties, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting front office and back office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Property Viewings: Meet with potential tenants to showcase properties, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with clients, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Enquiries: Handle all communication channels, including phone, email, and online portals, to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Support Front Office and Back Office Operations: Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and other duties as required.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Update database systems and maintain accurate records of client interactions and property viewings.

Requirements:

  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a passion for customer service and a positive attitude towards working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organisational Skills: Showcase excellent organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to multitask.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Driver's License: Hold a full, clean driver's license with no pending convictions and have access to a vehicle.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 17:30
  • Every Third Saturday: 09:00 to 17:30 (additional Saturdays may be required)

Job Type:

  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week

Salary:

  • Up to £25,000 per annum: Depending on experience and qualifications
