Daily Responsibilities of a Senior Property Negotiator

  • Engaging with potential tenants and coordinating property viewings tailored to their preferences
  • Negotiating offers and finalizing tenancy agreements
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Promoting properties to tenants through various marketing strategies
  • Focusing on acquiring new and repeat business
  • Conducting local area canvassing
  • Distributing marketing materials and engaging with the community
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations for properties

Key Qualifications for a Senior Property Negotiator at haart Estate Agents

  • Valid UK Driving Licence for manual vehicles
  • Strong team player who fosters a positive work environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in basic IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ideally, familiarity with current legislation governing residential lettings

Important Information

  • Possess a valid UK Driving Licence
  • Have the legal right to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
