Job Summary:

Berry Recruitment is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our team in a busy agent office. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for conducting front-line property viewings with potential tenants, engaging in one-on-one customer interactions, and managing and handling enquiries from various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Property Viewings: Meet with potential tenants to showcase properties and provide expert knowledge of the local market.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support to ensure a positive experience.
  • Manage Enquiries: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support Office Operations: Assist with front office and back office tasks as needed to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Update database systems and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and property viewings.

Requirements:

  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude with a passion for customer service.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive Personality: Display a proactive and outgoing personality with a willingness to excel.
  • Driver's License: Hold a full, clean driver's license with no pending convictions and have access to a vehicle.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 17:30
  • Every Third Saturday: 09:00 to 17:30 (additional Saturdays may be required)

Job Type:

  • Full-time: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Salary:

  • Up to £25,000 per annum: Depending on experience, the successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £25,000 per annum.
