We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Team Leader to join our team at Shaw Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a residential care setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
  • Knowledge of care standards and regulations
  • QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
