Job Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Freelance Bar Manager to oversee the delivery and execution of our events in multiple sites across London. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for client liaison, team management, and ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an efficient bar and stock room
  • Supervise bar staff and motivate your team
  • Ensure safe and secure handling of bar stocks, till operation, and cash
  • Comply with the venues' Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy
  • Place stock orders and interact with customers
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and cleanliness
  • Support hospitality services and events
  • Maintain food safety and health and safety standards
  • Lead and train staff with a positive attitude
  • Multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
