Job Overview

Touchscreen Talent Limited is seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve IT support issues, working closely with users and other staff to identify and resolve problems.

• Take ownership of IT support tickets, monitoring progress and escalating issues as necessary.

• Collaborate with users to gather information and provide solutions to IT-related issues.

• Assist with the installation and upgrade of hardware and software, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.

• Develop and maintain documentation for our IT systems, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Provide technical support for Microsoft-based operating systems, including Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Server 2022.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networking, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other network devices.

• Support MS O365, AD, MS Teams, Sharepoint, and Outlook, ensuring that all users have a seamless experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users at all levels.

• Strong technical skills, with experience in IT support and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with ITIL v4 Foundation principles and practices.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
