About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Mandeville. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality industry, leveraging your expertise and network to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, working closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry, providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Present and promote our products and services to potential clients through effective sales presentations and negotiations, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to secure new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the hospitality sector, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools, with a willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
