About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at Premium Country Pubs. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Support the Head Chef in menu planning, food ordering, and stock control.
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of health and safety, hygiene, and food safety.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve targets and drive business growth.
