Position Overview
We are seeking committed registered nurses to become part of our team in the Surgical Ward. This unit specializes in various surgical disciplines, including Upper GI, Colorectal, Breast Vascular, and Urology. No previous surgical nursing experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.

In this role, you will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to design and assess care plans for patients. You will also play a key role in fostering a supportive learning environment and supervising junior staff members.

Job Duties
As a Registered Nurse within the hospital environment, you will deliver direct patient care while maintaining patient privacy and dignity. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, planning care, ensuring a safe environment, and facilitating effective communication with both the healthcare team and patients.
You will adhere to best practices, comply with evidence-based guidelines, and support junior colleagues under the supervision of the shift nurse in charge. A commitment to continuous learning and adherence to professional standards is essential.
