About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake nursing tasks, including medication management, wound care, and management of chronic medical conditions.
  • Assess and plan care for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met.
  • Supervise and support care staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a First Level qualification in nursing and current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). You will also have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a care setting, with up-to-date knowledge of care practices and relevant post-basic studies/qualifications.

You will be a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities. You will also have a sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application.
