Lead Social Care Practitioner

About the Role:
Are you an individual with strong interpersonal skills who excels in fostering positive connections with caregivers and social service professionals? CareTech Group is seeking a committed and innovative Lead Social Care Practitioner to enhance our dedicated team.
You will be an integral part of our West Midlands division, providing direct assistance to families while managing a manageable caseload. Collaborating closely with essential internal and external partners, you will empower caregivers to be well-informed, compliant, and effective within the established regulations and national standards.
Our therapy team will provide you with reflective supervision, alongside support from our Education Advisors, who enhance the therapeutic parenting initiatives implemented by our exceptional caregivers.

Key Qualifications:
- A strong desire to collaborate as a team player, focused on achieving optimal outcomes for all children and caregivers.
- Experience in the fostering sector or working with children and young people in social care.
- A formal qualification in social work.
- Registration as a social worker with the relevant professional body.
- A valid driving license.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
