Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and colleagues by providing expert advice and assistance with vehicle parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and unloading new stock and deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Organizing and storing incoming parts and materials, recording them on our internal database.
- Responding to internal workshop and external customer queries, providing face-to-face support and resolving issues efficiently.
- Picking and distributing parts for technicians within the workshop, working closely with the service advisors and sales team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally from a franchised dealership.
- A team-player with excellent communication skills, comfortable operating within set processes and procedures.
- Motivated, dedicated, and organized, with a focus on Health & Safety in the workplace.
- Technically savvy, confident using iPad software.
