Shape Greene King's Loyalty Strategy Through Data-Driven Insights

As a Data Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our loyalty program by leveraging your expertise in data analysis and storytelling. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive reporting systems, uncovering actionable insights from customer behavior, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data-informed decision-making.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Evolution of Loyalty Analytics: Own the creation and continuous improvement of our loyalty analytics framework within Greene King.
  • Champion Data Integration: Act as the primary data and analytics liaison for the loyalty transformation program, ensuring all analytical requirements are seamlessly integrated.
  • Empower Self-Service Reporting: Develop and optimize self-service reporting dashboards that provide accurate and actionable insights into all loyalty activities and incentives, incorporating incrementality analysis.
  • Uncover Actionable Insights: Deliver in-depth analyses of loyalty program performance and customer behavior, identifying key trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Tell Compelling Data Stories: Effectively communicate your findings to stakeholders across the organization, translating complex data into clear and impactful narratives that drive action.
  • Ensure Data Quality: Manage the quality of all loyalty data sources, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of reporting and analysis.
  • Foster Collaboration: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company to ensure that loyalty remains at the heart of business decisions, driven by customer-centricity and data insights.
Your Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities that support marketing objectives.
  • Expertise in analytical software and tools such as SQL, Python, Databricks, and GCP.
  • Proficiency in data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio).
  • Strong statistical modeling skills with experience handling complex datasets.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven management experience and the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working in a matrix organization.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various digital marketing channels.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to align data-driven insights with business goals.
