- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding

- Design and deliver assessment centers and recruitment processes
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Provide market analysis and insights to inform recruitment decisions
- Manage the offer process and oversee onboarding and induction
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and development, preferably in a professional services firm
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Competitive salary range of £60,000 - £65,000 plus bonus
